St Weonards Postal Puddings combines our love of baking and good food allowing us to deliver delicious, sweet treats to your door.
We offer a stock range of products which you can order from us at any time in Standard (approx. 600g) serving four or Large (approx. 950g) serving 8. Boxes of our homemade products are securely packaged by hand in our kitchen and delivered directly to your door.

This traditional recipe is a nostalgic blast from the past. It is rich, dense & hearty and can be eaten cold as a fruit cake. Warmed as a pudding it is delicious served with cream, custard or ice-cream. Flavoured with cinnamon and mixed spice it has flavours of Christmas and if served with some Whiskey cream would be a fabulous alternative to Christmas Pudding on the big day.

- Chocolate and Gingerbread
This is a rich and intense gingerbread which is more of a cake then biscuit. Its’ depth of flavour is enhanced with cocoa and chocolate chips making it a rich, dark and unctuous treat. It can be enjoyed on its own or warmed, it is best served with cold cream to complement its adult flavours.

A food legend, this traditional teatime treat brings back happy memories for many. There is much debate over style and content, but our version is made with a shortcrust sweet pastry which melts in the mouth. This delicious, sweet texture is complimented by a tart raspberry jam all topped with a rich and light frangipane. It can be enjoyed cold as a ‘cake’ or warmed with cream or custard as a delicious dessert.

What could be better than a cup of tea and a slice of fruit cake? The history the fruitcake dates back to ancient Rome and our delicious version is dense, aromatic and fruity. Rich with butter and rum soaked fruit the deep flavours are cut through by lemon juice giving a moist and aromatic cake. Enjoy with a cup of Builders or eat alongside a piece of cheese.
Our fruit cake can be purchased topped with marzipan and icing as a Christmas/Celebration Cake. Can also be provided Gluten Free.

Orange, Almond and Polenta Cake (Gluten Free)
Italian in origin, this sticky cake borrows from the English tea-time staple Lemon Drizzle Cake. Gritty polenta textured, it is a rich & buttery cake which is soaked with a juicy orange syrup to give a zest and vibrant flavour.
