Dog Friendly

St Weonards is a dog and pet friendly premises and we welcome four legged friends! We charge a £20 end of stay cleaning fee for your extra guest(s) and can accept two dogs per room.

We welcome our furry friends with a treat on arrival and provide in room pet facilities including bowl, towel, bed and treats.

Paignton itself is a dog friendly town with plenty of local bars and restaurants happy to welcome pets. Whether it is hearty pub food, a cafe specialising in local fish or a Sunday Lunch with musical entertainment there are a host of choices within a twenty minute walk.

Speaking of walks we are located two minutes from the South West Coastal path which is a starting point to great walking – we are a six mile walk from the traditional harbour town of Brixham or less than four miles from the marina and sites of Torquay.Further afield access to Dartmoor is less than 45 minutes away and here your family pet can enjoy miles of open moorland, acres of forest, rivers and streams.

The English Riviera is rightly famed for its beaches and we have dog friendly access nearby. Paignton Sands is open to dogs October to March and locally Goodrington Sands, Babbacome Cove and Meadfoot Beach to name but a few are open to dogs all year round.

Many local attractions are also dog friendly including the famous Dartmouth Steam Railway, Babbacombe Model Village, Dinosaur World, Greenway House, The Seaton Tramway and Berry Pomeroy Castle.
